Introduction
Champagne MARIN by C&B is the translation of the deep bond uniting our successive generations of winemakers to the vine. This powerful historical relationship, pronounced by their respect for the land, is stamped with love and passion.
It translates into “a constant concern for the care of the vines”, enabling us to produce unique wines that are characterized by a perfect balance between greediness and character. For the family, the estate is a veritable cocoon, at the heart of which is where the grapes are transformed into wine.
It is the place where creative work and the natural aromas of Champagne are exalted. We embarked on a journey several generations ago,
giving us a course to follow: to live our passion and write our history.

Vineyard
Sustainable viticulture is essential to us.
We love and are passionate about the vine.
Preserving it, is the soul of our respect for the land.
Consequently, what is important to us is to be constantly in harmony
between our processes and nature.
Each of our decisions, each of our choices is carefully thought
through to minimize the impact on our vines.
Wines
Even more than the estate, our winery is our secret garden, the place where the grapes are transformed into wine.
This is our creative space where we give free rein to our desires. We work with each of our parcels, allowing us to preserve the identity of each one. This is to produce wines of a consistent quality and to establish a common thread between all the harvests we are lucky enough to vinify.
Thus, to represent our region, the Côte des Bar, we decided to produce a 100% Pinot Noir Champagne, the emblematic grape variety of our terroir.
